To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
SmartBookFlow offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including property descriptions, photos, room details, and guest data ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant SmartBookFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and transmit it solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, and that it complies with applicable laws.
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and all underlying technology, is owned by SmartBookFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our brand assets, trademarks, or proprietary technology outside the normal use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBookFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
